On this site I will show you some of the work I have done, some of the work of others and compare. I like to get right down to business. My RE Picture package will include several shots of any real estate, inside and out, that my clients choose. I like to be thorough. I use all digital stills, and give my customers an edge by taking neighborhood pics, view pics and pics of the surrounding landscape and anything else that could be of importance.
My goal is to help you sell your house. I am also an investor and I know how time consuming it can be to go to a home showing only to find the pictures did not do the home justice whether in a good or bad way.
Taking plenty of pictures of the properties that I market to my buyers, I found that out of state and even some local buyers will not come out to view a property or even show interest if I can only produce a front side view of the home. So I started being more thorough and depicting the homes flaws AND attributes in all my business transactions. It worked! I saw an increase in interest from more people in general!
Now I am offering this same service to Realtors, Buyers and any Entity that has a need for real estate pictures.

Let me give you an exampleof what I mean:
I was looking for a Hud home to purchase as an investment. I had to search for pictures of the home that I was interested in. Pay dirt... I found the pictures on "Any Agent Smith's" site.
Based on the pictures I was sure the home was well under priced. I made an appointment to be sure. When I got there, to my dismay, the person that took the pictures.... purposely took the pictures to leave out very important details, like holes in the floor, mold in the basement, a shower completely separate from the tub that was in dire need of rehab. Needless to say I was upset, and ended up using another agent to purchase the home. I really felt like the agent who boasted about taking the pictures of the home was pretty deceptive in his picture taking and if I was a regular buyer, unprepared for these little surprises, he would have lost the sale and a potential buyer entirely!

I point out what was missed by the first picture taker, fair warning... that could be the reason a potential buyer loses interest on a particular house you have listed. Then I show the pictures I have taken of the same house. What a difference a Photographer makes!
